You can contact us about this policy or your data at hello@provenzaadvisory.co.uk.
When you visit our website we, and our analytics provider, may collect standard technical and usage data — such as a truncated/anonymised IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and how you reached our site. Some of this relies on optional cookies (see section 5).
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business and who process it on our behalf under appropriate terms, including:
We may also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law.
Our website uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These analytics cookies are optional and are only set if you accept them via our cookie banner. You can decline them, and you can withdraw consent at any time by declining the banner or clearing cookies in your browser. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy.
Some of our providers (including Google, Formspree and Calendly) are based in, or transfer data to, the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our legal and professional obligations, after which it is securely deleted. Recruitment data is kept for the duration of the process and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted — unless you ask us to keep you on file for future opportunities.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased; restrict or object to our processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@provenzaadvisory.co.uk.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with its “last updated” date.
